Here is the second of five practical and empowering strategies to help you set boundaries with clarity and confidence:
Communicate with Clarity and Kindness — When setting boundaries, express yourself clearly but kindly. Use “I” statements to avoid sounding accusatory. For example: “I need some quiet time to recharge, so I’ll be offline for the next hour.” This approach is respectful while ensuring your needs are heard.
