Hey there β happy Wednesday! π
Welcome to The Midweek Memo. I know your inbox is busy, so each issue will be short and snappy, a quick helpful email you can get through in a flash. π
Being consistent is important. But that doesn’t mean you have to do the same thing every day.
Sometimes things in your schedule may change. Some days, your energy may just not be there.
It’s more important that you do something to stay consistent, than that you do exactly the same thing, in order to maintain momentum and progress.
So for those days when you’re low on time or energy, how can you stay consistent? Surprise! There’s a prompt for that. π This particular prompt can help find a short or easy-to-do task that keeps you going:
Hereβs what I planned to work on today. [insert a task or project] What is one 15-minute or low-energy task I can do that still keeps my momentum going?
Give it a try, and see what happens. π
That’s it for this time β let me know what you think, and have a great rest of the week! π
PS β Even 10 minutes is enough for a win – my Tiny Steps Coach GPT can show you how.
