The Midweek Memo #39

Hey there β€” happy Wednesday! πŸ˜„

Welcome to The Midweek Memo. I know your inbox is busy, so each issue will be short and snappy, a quick helpful email you can get through in a flash. πŸ˜‰

If you’re getting impatient because you’re feeling behind on a task, pause and ask yourself:

“Is there anything I can actually change right now?”

If the answer is no, take a slow breath and let yourself move forward without pushing.

If the answer is yes, choose one small, doable action and do only that.

Patience isn’t about doing nothing. It’s about doing the right next thing, calmly.

Patience allows space for problem-solving instead of pressure. It gives you permission to move at a pace that actually works for your life, rather than the pace you think you should be moving at.

Beating yourself up doesn’t make progress happen faster.

Patience makes room for better choices.

Patience reduces overwhelm.

Patience keeps small setbacks from turning into full stop moments.

And perhaps most importantly, patience keeps us kind…to others and to ourselves. πŸ˜‰
