Or rattling around our brains, as we think about all the stuff we should — or just want to — do? The shiny squirrels are real, y’all.

There’s a prompt for that. šŸ˜† This prompt can help you understand why mental shutdown happens and how to fix it, in order to go from overwhelm to order:

Act as a cognitive psychologist who specializes in entrepreneur productivity. I’m an entrepreneur who feels like my brain shuts down when I have too many tasks. Explain why this happens in simple terms, and give me practical strategies to prevent overwhelm while staying productive. Ask me any questions you have.

And of course if you don’t really care about the why, and just want the fix, you can edit it accordingly.
