THING 2 — Random fun fact: During the 1908 Olympics in London, the Russians showed up 12 days late due to the fact that they were using the Julian calendar instead of the Gregorian calendar.
THING 3 — TWW Quick Tip: Sitting for extended periods can lead to fatigue and lower productivity. Set a reminder to stand, stretch, or walk for a minute to improve circulation and maintain energy. Also try this 2-Minute Desk Reset (I started doing this a few weeks ago at least twice a day, right before lunch and around mid-afternoon…super quick to do and really helps work out the kinks!).
