The Midweek Memo #19

Hey there — happy Wednesday! 😄

Welcome to The Midweek Memo. I know your inbox is busy, so each issue will be short and snappy, a quick helpful email you can get through in a flash. 😉

We all hit those moments where work feels flat. Here are three tips to help you shake things up and find your groove again.

1. Take a break: Sometimes the best thing you can do is step away from your work for a bit. Take a walk, grab a snack, or do something else that you enjoy. Maybe even take a whole day or two off to truly recharge and get inspired. Giving your brain a break can help you come back to your work with fresh eyes and renewed energy.

2. Switch it up: If you’re feeling stuck on a particular project, try switching up your approach. Maybe you need to tackle it from a different angle, or break it down into smaller tasks. Or maybe you need to switch to a completely different project for a bit to get your creative juices flowing. You could even try working on it at a different time of day. Whatever it is, don’t be afraid to mix things up.

3. Reach out for help: Sometimes you just need a fresh perspective. Reach out to a colleague, friend, or mentor for advice and feedback. Getting a fresh pair of eyes on your work or the problem you’re trying to solve might spark some new ideas or insights that you haven’t considered yet.

Remember, even small changes can make a big difference.

That’s it for this time — let me know what you think, and have a great rest of the week! 😎
