Products sold or given away by Wildflower Digitals are generally provided with one of three licenses: (1) Commercial Use Rights, (2) Personal Use Rights, or (3) Resell Rights. Each product will clearly state which license is applicable. The following terms apply for each license:
Commercial Use Rights
You may:
- modify and use in an unlimited number of your own commercial or personal projects.
- use to make journals, planners, calendars, puzzle books, coloring books, card decks, notecards, Notion templates, spreadsheet templates, etc.
- use to create modified designs to sell to clients and others.
- modify and use as an opt-in gift.
You may not:
- offer Private Label Rights, Resell Rights, or Master Resell Rights to the designs as-is.
- share the source files (editable Powerpoint, Canva, Photoshop, Notion template, Google or Excel spreadsheet, or similar that may be included) with others.
- sell as-is on auction sites, Etsy, Shopify, your website, Creative Fabrica, Creative Market, or similar ecommerce stores.
- give away as-is.
- pass on any rights other than personal use rights to your customers.
- use my name, brand(s), or website(s) in connection with your products.
Personal Use Rights
You may:
- use the product for your own benefit.
You may not:
- modify the product in any way.
- sell the product to anyone.
- give the product to anyone.

Resell Rights
You may:
- sell as-is on Etsy, Shopify, your website, Creative Fabrica, Creative Market, or similar ecommerce stores.
- break into individual components if the product is a bundle of multiple products, and sell each component separately or in smaller bundles.
- modify and use in an unlimited number of your own commercial or personal projects.
- use to make journals, planners, calendars, puzzle books, coloring books, card decks, notecards, Notion templates, spreadsheet templates, etc.
- use to create modified designs to sell to clients and others.
- modify and use as an opt-in gift.
You may not:
- offer Private Label Rights, Resell Rights, or Master Resell Rights to the designs as-is.

Graphics
With regard to any graphics that are included within a file, regardless of the overall license provided for a product, you may not extract and use graphics individually for any purpose due to possible license restrictions from an originating license holder, unless otherwise specifically noted on a product page.
GPTs
Custom GPTs are provided under a Personal Use Rights license, as described above. However, they are also subject to the following additional terms:
You may:
- Use the GPTs in your own business
- Use any content, responses, results, or materials generated from the GPTs commercially
- Modify any content, responses, results, or materials generated from the GPTs for your brand or business
- Incorporate any content, responses, results, or materials generated from the GPTs into products, marketing, client work, or content
You may not:
- Share the link to the GPTs with anyone
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the GPT itself
- Share access credentials or duplicate hosted access
- Repackage, rebrand, or clone the GPT
- Reverse engineer or extract proprietary prompt structures, automation logic, or system architecture for resale
Additionally:
- You are responsible for maintaining any required third-party AI accounts necessary to use a product (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.), unless otherwise specified.
- We are not responsible for any issues caused by or instituted by AI providers, including but not limited to pricing changes, API limitations, platform shutdowns, feature changes, account suspensions, model updates, service outages, or policy changes.
- We reserve the right to modify, replace, upgrade, sunset, or discontinue any GPT at any time.
